The financial advice industry should be fiduciary – putting the needs our clients first, always. We must look at the best interests of our clients at a minimum, and make listening core to the work we do with our clients.  We should consider things like a life plan, a foundation of freedom, and as an advisor, you should becoming more of a holistic advocate by putting yourself in the shoes of your client to truly understand what they desire.
