Frequently Asked Questions

How can I pay?

We accept payment via credit card.  Enterprise clients can arrange to pay by ACH push or wire transfer with prior approval.

The price you pay will be in your local currency, so don’t worry about exchange rates.

Why isn’t there a free trial?

We have made it a point to be as transparent as possible with everything you will get when you invest in Conneqtor for you to make an informed purchasing decision you feel good about.  Our pricing reflects massive value while still allowing you to jump in with almost no barriers.  We’ve also found that with free trials people don’t have enough “skin in the game” and that they poke around a bit and then ask for more free time.

Is my information secure?

Yes, we take your privacy very seriously and make the protection of your data a priority, you can learn more in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Why is there a 12 month commitment?

First, to make sure we have a level of predictability that allows us to be with you for the long haul and continue to update and add new content for your benefit.

Second, although Conneqtor drastically speeds up the time required to build a successful advisory practice while reducing the learning curve it will still require your “skin in the game”.  Learning, implementing, and ultimately changing your habits takes time which is why we ask for a 12 month commitment from our advisors.  After that time you will be on a month to month commitment.

Third, our mission is to help more advisors succeed & thrive and have made a massive commitment to this end.  We ask advisors for 12 months as a self-filtering process.  Advisors who are not committed self-select out, while the ones that commit are serious and here for the long term.  It does not fit into our long term view to charge advisors for a couple of months only to see them leave, we are here for the long term and ask the same of our advisors.
