INTRODUCTION
Conneqtor provides access to this Site exclusively for the individual (“You” or “Your” or “Yourself”) that has executed a license agreement that further governs the use of the Site and services provided by Conneqtor, which access is further subject to the following terms and conditions of website use (“Terms of Use“).
By accessing the Site and any pages thereof, You hereby consent to and accept these Terms of Use. If You do not agree to these Terms of Use, You may not use the Site.

Services offered by Conneqtor on the Site are subject to applicable underlying agreements and licenses for such services that you executed with Conneqtor. These Terms of Use are intended to supplement the underlying agreements and licenses and such underlying agreements and licenses shall control in the case of a conflict with these Terms of Use.
PAYMENT OF FEES
The availability of all functions on the Site may be limited or restricted upon You fully paying all fees as they are due and owing. Certain fee structures may also limit functionality of aspects of the Site. Conneqtor may terminate access to the Site immediately and without notice to You if You have not paid all fees as they are due and owing.
AUTHORIZED USE
The Site is authorized for Your exclusive use via a unique username and password that you will create during the sign- up process. You are not authorized to create a link to the Site from any other website. You shall provide true, accurate, current and complete information about Yourself during sign up and as prompted by the registration form, if applicable. If any information provided by You is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Conneqtor has the right to terminate Your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site.

UNACCEPTABLE USE

Conneqtor uses electronic means to track and monitor Your use of the Site. You acknowledge and agree that Conneqtor has the right to electronically monitor Your use of the Site using various methods, and to disclose any of the collected information as necessary or appropriate to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate the Site properly, or to protect itself or its subscribers. Conneqtor reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, inappropriate or in violation of these Terms of Service.
COOKIES
Conneqtor may use a cookie or similar text files on some pages of the Site. A cookie is an element of data that a website can send to your browser, which may then store it on your computer. A cookie does not retrieve any other
data from Your hard drive, does not carry computer viruses and does not reveal anything about You that You have not already revealed. SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS

Conneqtor requires You to use a web browser that supports adequate security measures which includes the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology with minimum 128 bit encryption, and such standards may change from time-to-time as determined by Conneqtor.
Conneqtor recommends You use adequate anti-virus and anti-spyware software and that You keep such software current to help You avoid data compromise and related losses. You are responsible for selecting all such systems, hardware and your ISP. You are also responsible for any defect, malfunction or interruption in service or security due to hardware failure, your choice of ISP and systems and computer services. Conneqtor is not responsible for any computer virus or related computer hardware and software problems that may arise with your use of the Site services over the Internet.

The Site may contain web links to third-party websites. These links are provided as a convenience to You and such third-party websites are not under Conneqtor’s control. Electronic mail over the Internet is not secure or confidential. Conneqtor is not responsible for any damages in connection with electronic mail You send to Conneqtor or electronic mail sent to You, at your request.

YOUR ACCOUNT, CREDENTIALS, AND ACCESS TO THE SITE
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account, usernames and passwords, and for restricting access to Your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password and shall immediately notify Conneqtor of any unauthorized use of Your account or credentials.

Through said portal, You will have access to Your basic account information and shall update it as required to maintain its accuracy. Additionally, though the account portal, You may delete Your information, cancel your account, or contact Conneqtor for support. HACKING AND UNAUTHORIZED INTRUSIONS BY THIRD-PARTY BAD ACTORS INTO THE SITE AND ITS RELATED SYSTEMS IS INEVITABLE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT CONNEQTOR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES STEMMING FROM SUCH UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR DISRUPTION OF THE SITE.
YOUR DATA
Conneqtor shall not own any right, title or interest to the data entered by you into the Site (“Your Data”). However, Conneqtor may collect information and data regarding how the Site is used, processes information, and otherwise performs. Conneqtor has the right to access and monitor the use of the Your Data and other actions and data within the Site and the use of the Site by You. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use are governed by and shall be interpreted under the internal laws of the State of Wisconsin, excluding its conflict of law principles. VENUE AND JURISDICTION FOR ANY FEDERAL OR STATE COURT LITIGATION OR ANY ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION INCLUDING MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION SHALL BE DANE COUNTY, STATE OF WISCONSIN.

PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes the current policies and practices of Conneqtor, Inc (“Conneqtor”) with regard to Personal Data (defined below) collected by Conneqtor using its website: www.conneqtor.co (“Website”) and its related web application. The term “Personal Data” refers to personally identifiable information about a person, such as a person’s full name, birth date, e-mail address or mailing address, phone number and any other information that can be used to identify or contact a specific person.
This Privacy Policy is periodically updated. Please check back on a regular basis for any changes. If there are changes to this Privacy Policy, Conneqtor will post an update on its website alerting users to the changes.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
The only Personal Data Conneqtor currently collects through its Website is the Personal Data that is provided to Conneqtor to obtain access to the site. Currently, Conneqtor collects a user’s: First Name, Last Name, Address, E- Mail Address, and Social Media information (if applicable), along with a unique username and password.

ACCESS TO AND CONTROL OVER INFORMATION
Each user may access and update hisher Personal Data via the account portal on the Website. Additionally, from the account portal, a user can remove its Personal Data and cancel hisher account with Conneqtor. Conneqtor uses the Personal Data collected on the Website to allow Conneqtor to provide users with access to the Site and to ensure a user’s usage of the Site is in compliance with the Terms of Service and underlying licenses a user has signed. NON-PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
Other data that does not qualify as Personal Data because it cannot be used to contact or identify users (“Non-Personal Data”) may also be automatically collected about a user utilizing the Website. For example, Conneqtor uses technology to automatically collect Non-Personal Data about the use of Website. This technology is used to track how many users access Website, the date and time of their visits, the length of their stays, and which pages they view. Conneqtor may also use technology to determine which web browsers users use and the address from which they accessed the Website. The information collected using this technology does not identify any user personally and is thus all Non-Personal Data that simply enables Conneqtor to compile statistics about users and their use of the Website and related services.
